You can change your account’s email address if you get a new one. All renewal notices, receipts, and communications about your account’s products will go to the new email address.
- When signed in to your Von account, click Account Settings, and then click My Profile.
- To the right of your profile information, click Edit.
- In the Email field, type your new address, and then click Save.
If you want to change your email address because you cannot log in to your account or receive password resets, use the Password Reset Form.
